Cancellation Policy

Article 1. Deposit

1. Before bidding, pay a deposit of 10% of your intended bid (minimum USD 500).
2. If you win, the deposit is applied toward the vehicle price.
3. If you cancel before any bid, we refund the deposit in full minus transfer fees.
4. If you bid but do not win, USD 500 is retained as the auction participation fee and the balance is refunded.
5. If you cancel after placing a bid, the deposit is fully forfeited.

Article 2. Cancellation After Winning

1. If you cancel after winning but before paying the balance, the deposit is forfeited.
2. If you cancel after full payment, the deposit, vehicle price, and any other fees are non‑refundable.

Article 3. Export Impossibility Due to Our Responsibility

1. If export is impossible due to our responsibility, we will either (1) propose an alternative vehicle of equal value (continue without refund if accepted), or (2) refund the deposit and vehicle price in full if declined.

Article 4. Shipping Fee Cancellation

1. Before shipment starts: shipping/port/insurance fees are refundable minus actual costs. Vehicle price and deposit are non‑refundable.
2. Alternative shipping requests are not guaranteed; considered only before preparations begin and only if we can accommodate.
3. After shipment starts: no refund for vehicle price, deposit, or shipping fees.

Article 5. Repair / Inspection Costs

1. Pre‑export repairs, inspections, and document preparation will be billed at actual cost.
2. Costs for work already performed are non‑refundable.

Article 6. Service Fee (Reference)

1. Full prepayment: 7% of winning bid (cap $5,000)
2. ≥ 2/3 prepayment: 8% (cap $6,000)
3. < 2/3 prepayment: 9% (cap $7,000)

Article 7. Miscellaneous

1. Matters not specified here will be handled at our discretion considering individual circumstances (no guarantee).
2. This policy may be revised without prior notice.
